We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations, L & D, while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. This role requires building strong relationships with managers and employees to support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Support and administer employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Act as a trusted HR partner to department managers, providing guidance on HR matters
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
