Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Human Resources Generalist will manage and oversee HR functions such as talent acquisition, policy management, employee relations, and staff performance evaluations. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting a positive workplace culture through effective communication and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR management and HR policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and handling Benefits Administration processes
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is highly desirable
