Scope of the Role

The HR Generalist is responsible for executing and monitoring a broad range of human resources functions to support the organization's strategic objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain a positive and productive workplace. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and personnel administration.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, contract preparation, and induction programs for new hires.

2. Personnel Administration: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.

3. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave requests to ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Employee Relations: Address employee queries, manage grievances, and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.

5. Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.

Job Competences

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Professional Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

13 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Proven track record in recruitment, personnel administration, and employee relations.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Experience in developing and implementing HR processes is a plus.
