Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR department, with a primary focus on Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards). This position offers a hands-on opportunity to support spreadsheets, data management and numerical analysis, supporting payroll-related data, preparing letters and assisting with other HR administrative tasks. We are seeking an analytically-driven individual with a proven capacity for numerical data management and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

You might also contribute to planning and organizing health & safety, wellness and other HR projects.

Requirements

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • A final-year university student or a recent graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas and spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of App Script is a plus.
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, curious and team player.

Duration of the internship is set to 6 months.
