1. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.
- Support in maintaining employee engagement calendars, feedback surveys, and post-event reports.
- Help manage communication for HR events (emails, posters, QR forms, etc.).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for enhancing employee experience across sites.
2. HRBP Operational Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HRBP on HR initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Assist in organizing HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation
- Support with employee relations cases through documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Help prepare HR presentations, newsletters, and reports for leadership.
3. HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist with HRIS data entry, document collection, and compliance checks.
- Prepare letters, memos, track training completion and basic HR reports as needed.
