Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Crea-Biz's office located in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves assisting in HR functions such as policy implementation, employee record management, administering employee benefits, and participation in personnel management activities. The intern will also support recruitment processes, help with employee engagement initiatives, and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding and knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and administration of Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and engagement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general HR software (preferred)
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
