Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR reporting, and administrative activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
Update HR systems and employee records.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals.
Attention to detail.
Time management.
