Human Resources Intern (Paid)

This is a full-time, on-site paid internship based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits.

• Foundational knowledge of core Human Resources practices and principles
• Understanding of HR management processes, including recruitment and talent acquisition
• Familiarity with HR policy development and implementation
• Exposure to or knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
