About the Opportunity
Reem Hospital is offering a valuable 3-month unpaid HR internship designed for motivated students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions and practical learning that supports career development in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding procedures and preparation of employee files.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Provide support for internal communications and documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by HR leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be based in UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
