About the Opportunity

Reem Hospital is offering a valuable 3-month unpaid HR internship designed for motivated students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions and practical learning that supports career development in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding procedures and preparation of employee files.
  • Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and performance management.
  • Provide support for internal communications and documentation.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by HR leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be based in UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
