Role Description The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR operations, policies, and procedures for ASA Business Group. This full-time, on-site role is based in 6th of October and involves managing recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, and supporting performance management processes. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, and managing HR documentation and systems. The Human Resources Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, support compensation and benefits administration, and partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Daily activities also include providing guidance to managers, resolving HR-related issues, and ensuring consistent communication of HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong human resources management skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation, including the use of HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Candidates should possess skills in training and development, coaching, and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making in HR contexts.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) are considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in 6th of October, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and commitment to maintaining an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment.
