The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and all government platforms
- (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, ZATCA, etc.)
- Leading end-to-end HR operations across:
- Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Relations
- Acting as the owner of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) from an HR perspective
- (communication, documentation, grants, vesting, coordination with Finance & Legal)
Requirements
- 35 years of HR experience in KSA
- Strong understanding of compliance, HR processes & HR digital platforms
- Ability to manage HR operations with autonomy and structure
