Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring Property Consultants and sales teams
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Design and oversee compensation structures, including commissions and incentives
• Monitor and analyze team performance (KPIs, targets, retention)
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Strengthen employer branding and attract top talent
