HR Manager Food & Beverage Industry

A leading organization in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and elevate its Human Resources function. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit F&B environment and is passionate about shaping people strategies that drive business growth, service excellence, and an engaging workplace culture.

Role Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations within the company, ensuring the effective execution of talent strategies, organizational development initiatives, employee relations, and HR compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop HR frameworks that support business objectives, enhance employee performance, and ensure a high level of engagement across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and evolving F&B market needs.
  • Partner with unit managers to identify workforce priorities and drive operational excellence through people-centric initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for store-level, mid-management, and support roles across the business.
  • Oversee onboarding programs that reflect brand culture, drive productivity, and support employee retention.

Performance & Development

  • Establish KPIs, evaluation tools, and coaching frameworks that enhance employee performance and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with operations and department leads to deliver impactful learning and development programs.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, disciplinary actions, workplace conflicts, and grievance resolution.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productivity-oriented work culturealigned with the demanding nature of F&B operations.

Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, employment standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business decisions.

Change & Organizational Development

  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives, support leadership during growth phases, and drive adoption of best HR practices and systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 57+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or multi-location operations.
  • Proven background in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, service-driven industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build effective teams, and manage change with resilience and empathy.
