The HR Manager is responsible for leading all human resources activities in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Saudization, Compensation & Benefits, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business growth. The role ensures compliance with local labor regulations and aligns HR practices with the company's regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Saudization & Government Relations
- Develop and implement Saudization strategies in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- Monitor and manage company compliance with the Nitaqat Program.
- Lead recruitment and development initiatives to increase the employment and retention of Saudi nationals.
- Manage relationships with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs in the Kingdom.
- Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity through salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, medical insurance, and allowances.
- Support bonus programs, salary reviews, and incentive plans aligned with business performance.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements related to employee benefits and social insurance.
HR Business Partner
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and data to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English
