The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the Dammam branch, ensuring strong compliance with Saudi Labor Law, smooth HR operations & effective people management. The role requires a professional who worked in a manufacturing companies and understands the dynamics of HR, manpower planning, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team for the Dammam branch
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government portal processes
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support Saudization and workforce nationalization initiatives
- Manage payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company
- Proven experience leading an HR team
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government portals
- Excellent English communication Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
