On behalf of a well-established company based in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance the organization's people operations. This is a full-time, onsite role, open to qualified candidates across the MENA region who are willing to relocate to Dubai.
Role Overview
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving talent strategies, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You will act as a strategic partner to senior management, supporting organizational growth while fostering a high-performance and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, policies, and best practices
- Lead compensation, benefits, and workforce planning activities
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
- Supervise HR operations, policies, and HR system administration
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial HR role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and readiness to relocate to Dubai if currently based outside the UAE
- Professional HR certifications are a strong advantage
