Job Summary: Human Resources Manager - Construction Experience
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Handle workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
- Support senior management with HR insights and reporting
- Maintain and update HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years as an HR Manager
- Mandatory experience in the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Experience handling large manpower (blue-collar & white-collar workforce)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
