Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Riyadh. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR policies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Responsibilities include employee relations, talent management, performance evaluation, training and development, and maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment. The role requires the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations expertise
• Experience with Training, Development, and Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals
• Proficiency with HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification such as CIPD or SHRM is a plus
• Experience in multi-national or culturally diverse organizations is desirable
