Ideal Experience:

• Experienced implementing and developing HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the startup industry, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Execution of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Experienced hiring at various levels (including Technology roles)
• Good understanding of industry trends & fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
