Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Day-to-day tasks include supporting managers with staffing needs, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves preparing HR reports, managing attendance and leave processes, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent selection, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining employee records, handling contracts, and managing attendance and leave systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices, with the ability to apply regulations in day-to-day HR decisions.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and support employees at all levels.
- Experience in performance management, including setting objectives, facilitating reviews, and supporting continuous feedback and development.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, onboarding, and employee development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR management or senior HR role, ideally within real estate, consulting, or service-oriented industries.
