Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, developing employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating training programs to support a high-performing and inclusive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with senior management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Manage recruitment and selection of staff (job posting, interviews, onboarding).
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO and government authorities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
• Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary procedures.
• Oversee performance evaluations and assist in training and development activities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and experience in a multicultural workplace is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
