We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing automotive organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, support business growth, and work closely with leadership in a dynamic, target-driven environment, while also overseeing key PRO-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
-Handle HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
-Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting
-Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation
-Support leadership with HR strategy, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
-Coordinate and monitor PRO functions including visa processing, labor contracts, work permits, Emirates ID, medicals, labor card renewals, and employee-related government documentation
-Liaise with relevant government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, and other departments for employee visa and labor-related matters
-Ensure timely renewal and tracking of company and employee official documents, licenses, and permits in coordination with the PRO function
-Support onboarding and offboarding formalities related to immigration, labor, and legal documentation
Requirements:
-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the automotive industry
-Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle management
-Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
-Exposure to PRO activities and government liaison processes in the UAE
Packages Include:
-Salary: AED 10000 to 15000 (based on experience)
