Role Overview:
The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR operations for multi-location retail showrooms and head office functions. The role focuses on recruitment, manpower planning, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and training, supporting a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom and HO roles
- Manpower planning, job descriptions, and hiring budgets
- Oversee HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exits
- Implement PMS, KPIs, incentives, and productivity tracking
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and HR policies
- Coordinate training for retail, sales, product, and leadership development
- Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance)
Candidate Profile:
- 710 years HR experience, retail/product-based industry mandatory
- Experience handling multi-store or showroom operations
- GCC experience preferred
- Strong HR operations, employee relations, and compliance exposure
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or Management
Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with HR MIS, PMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
