At JanPro-KSA we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with strong experience in the Facilities Management (FMS) sector to lead and drive all HR functions across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management)
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational structure
- Manage large blue-collar workforce within FMS operations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Manager within Facilities Management
- Strong exposure to managing large-scale workforce (blue & white collar)
- Solid knowledge of KSA labor law and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
