Job Summary

One of our clients are looking for Human Resources Manager who is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the hospitality organization, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce. The role supports operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with hospitality service standards, guest satisfaction goals, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, engineering, and administration.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure employees meet service quality and brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records with finance and operations teams.
  • Implement training and development programs focused on service excellence, guest experience, and leadership development.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and staff scheduling in coordination with department heads.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
  • Conduct HR audits and prepare HR reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 510 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience managing a diverse, multicultural workforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
