Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance reviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will require close collaboration with department heads to support the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Preferably experienced in Real Estate Development
• Organizational structure development & org chart management
• Manage HR functions across multiple companies
• Experience in implementing HR Policies, Compliance, and Performance Management systems
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws in the United Arab Emirates
• Handle employee relations and performance management
• Manage employee health insurance policies and renewals
• Oversee payroll processing
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is an added advantage
