Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Manage performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and employment regulations.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and cultural transformation.
Implement HR best practices and continuously improve internal HR processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR operations, and organizational development.
Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing HR teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certifications preferred).
