Job Description

This is an opportunity for a visionary HR Manager to spearhead the establishment of the human capital foundation as a global fintech brand launches its premier investment platform in the Kingdom.

You won't just be managing a team; you will be building the cultural and operational blueprint for a high-growth fintech disruptor in one of the world's most dynamic financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greenfield HR Setup: Design and implement the end-to-end HR infrastructure, including the drafting of KSA-compliant employment contracts, internal policies, and the Employee Handbook tailored for a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Government Relations: Serve as the primary custodian of labor compliance, ensuring seamless management of Qiwa, GOSI, and MISA requirements while maintaining a healthy Nitaqat status through strategic Saudization planning.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead the hunt for A-player talent across Engineering, Compliance, and Brokerage Operations, positioning the firm as the employer of choice in the Riyadh tech ecosystem.
  • Performance & Total Rewards: Develop competitive compensation structures and equity-based incentives that align with the high-stakes financial securities industry and KSA market benchmarks.
  • Cultural Architecture: Cultivate a high-performance, transparent, and innovative culture that bridges international fintech standards with local values.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Financial Domain Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with a significant portion spent in Fintech, Banking, or Securities Brokerage. You must understand the specific talent needs of a regulated financial entity.
  • Local Labor Law Mastery: Deep, hands-on familiarity with relevant local employment laws.
  • Startup DNA: Proven experience in a founding HR role where you scaled an organization from the ground up.
  • Strategic Communication: You can hold your own in a board meeting and negotiate effectively with local regulatory bodies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Law is an advantage. CIPD or SHRM certification is a strong plus.

We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
