This is a strategic position for a seasoned HR professional who brings strong expertise in Emiratisation, talent development, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement.
You will drive hiring strategy, build strong partnerships with business leaders, and implement development pathways that enable Emirati talent to thrive and advance within the organisation.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience (financial services preferred)
- Strong background in Emiratisation, talent programmes, and stakeholder management
- HR certifications are an advantage (CIPD, SHRM, Emiratisation credentials)
