EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in ]Manufacturing Industry HR Manager

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage HR functions within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor regulations, and employee engagement programs. Additional duties involve developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, maintaining HR policies, and supporting workplace health and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Sadat City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, Must within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and workplace regulations
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement strategies, and training initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices and the ability to navigate its specific challenges
• Strong organizational and management skills with an ability to lead and inspire teams
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
