Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Human Resources Manager at NestSeekers Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our team.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
