Human Resources Manager

**We're hiring: HR Manager | No Competition Gaming Studio, Dubai**

No Competition Gaming Studio is an independent mobile game studio in Dubai building a city-builder set in a virtual UAE. We're moving from prototype into full production and expanding our operations

We're looking for an HR Manager to build our people function from the ground up.

**What you'll do**

- Build and document HR policies, internal processes and the employee handbook

- Own the full visa and immigration process for new hires and their dependants

- Run onboarding and offboarding end to end, including contracts, clearances and final settlements

- Work closely with our accountant on monthly payroll, WPS and end-of-service calculations

- Keep us compliant with UAE labour law and MOHRE requirements

- Support hiring as the team grows

**What we're looking for**

- Proven HR experience in the UAE, with current, hands-on knowledge of labour law and visa processing

- A track record of setting up internal processes, not just following them

- Startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus

- Organised, discreet and comfortable working with a small, fast-moving leadership team

- Experience in gaming, tech or creative industries is a bonus
