Position Overview

We are seeking a strategicHuman Resources Managerto lead our people operations and organizational growth. In this role, you will do more than just manage personnel; you will act as a business partner to the leadership team, ensuring that our workforce is as efficient and high-performing as the technology we deploy.

You will be responsible for building a talent infrastructure that supports our technical and commercial goals. From recruiting high-caliber engineers to managing compliance with Saudi Labor Law, you will champion a culture of performance, precision, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, specifically focusing on specialized technical roles (Telematics Engineers, Fleet Technicians) and B2B sales professionals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs aligned with project rollouts and business expansion.

2. Performance Management & Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems that align individual goals with the company's objectives of operational excellence and ROI.
  • Design onboarding programs that rapidly integrate new hires into the Perfect Vision culture and technical workflows.
  • Address employee relations issues effectively, fostering a positive, disciplined, and results-oriented work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure all HR policies align with the latest Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) guidelines.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in compensation, benefits, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure full compliance withSaudi Labor Lawand local regulations.
  • Oversee government relations and administrative processes, including managing theQiwaplatform,Muqeem,GOSI, and Iqama renewals.

4. Organizational Strategy

  • Advise senior management on organizational structure, succession planning, and retention strategies for key technical staff.
  • Develop internal policies and Employee Handbooks that reflect the standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience:Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Industry Background:Experience within theTechnology, Engineering, or Logisticssectors is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Arabic) are essential for this role.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational tasks.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
