Job Description

Prime Developments Red Sea is looking for HR Manager who'll be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and compliance with labor laws. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all departments and levels. 

• Coordinate interviews, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes. 

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. 

• Create and update organizational structures and job descriptions. 

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems. 

• Set KPIs and monitor employee performance. 

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment. 

• Ensure clear communication between management and employees. 

• Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits programs. 

• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis. 

• Develop learning and development programs. 

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation, and Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  

• 5 – 7 years of HR experience, within real estate development.

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. 

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 

• Experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple departments and work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
