Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 610 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in HRIS / HRMS implementation, including data preparation, process mapping, and system integration.
  • Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments with a large blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS systems, visa / work permit management.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and HR software tools (e.g. Bayzat, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
