NOK Human Capital is currently hiring on behalf of a leading company in the travel and tourism sector for the position of HR Manager based in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, personnel administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies that support business growth while ensuring smooth daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Egyptian Labor Law
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with Social Insurance and labor authorities regulations
- Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee-related matters
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and compliance updates
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role
- Experience in the Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality industry is a Must.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, payroll, personnel, and Social Insurance
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHRi, or CIPD are preferred
- Very good to excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS system experience is preferred
- Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, or Giza is preferred
