We're Hiring: HR Officer (Recruitment Focus)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Officer with a strong background in recruitment to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Utilize job portals, social media, and recruitment tools to attract candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Coordinate with manpower supply partners and external agencies
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or manpower supply environment
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
