Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Riyadh.

The role will ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies. The ideal candidate will have strong operational HR experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage HR processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Administration & HR Operations

  • Manage employee leave requests, balances, approvals, and documentation across systems (HR systems and Excel).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR archives (contracts, IDs, certificates, letters, benefits, etc.).
  • Prepare and update HR forms, policies, and templates periodically.

Contracts & Employment Lifecycle

  • Prepare, renew, and follow up on employee contracts through relevant platforms (including Qiwa).
  • Track contract renewals and submit periodic reports for approval.
  • Handle end-of-service settlements in accordance with Saudi Labor Law, including leave balances, tickets, GOSI deductions, and financial clearances.

Residency & Government Platforms

  • Manage Iqama issuance and renewals through Muqeem and coordination with third-party providers.
  • Maintain and update Iqama renewal reports and notify management of upcoming expirations.
  • Handle exit and re-entry visas as per approval workflow.
  • Coordinate with the Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Support payroll processing through HR systems and Excel-based payrolls.
  • Ensure accuracy of deductions, additions, allowances, overtime, and salary changes.
  • Coordinate with Finance for approvals, invoicing, and payroll execution.
  • Manage housing allowance requests and repayment schedules.

Benefits & Insurance

  • Manage annual air ticket entitlements and coordinate with Finance.
  • Handle medical insurance additions, deletions, and renewals through brokers.
  • Follow up on GOSI monthly invoices and approvals.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including:
  • Leave plans for senior management
  • Contract renewal reports
  • Iqama renewal reports
  • Provisioning reports
  • Ensure HR data is consistently updated across systems (HR Volt, Odoo, Excel).

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries and HR requests.
  • Handle employee complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Support new joiners with onboarding guidance (bank accounts, Absher, Nafath, government platforms, medical tests, housing guidance).

Coordination & Follow-up

  • Liaise regularly with Finance, external service providers, and outsourced companies.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and manpower providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of HR operational experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and HR systems.
  • Experience handling payroll, contracts, Iqama processes, and employee benefits.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Experience with ERP systems is required (Odoo is preferred)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
