Job Description
- HR experience needed, especially in talent development, onboarding, training, or HRIS; multinational/matrix background preferred.
- Skilled in HRIS (Avature, Lizzy, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of compliance reporting and data management.
- Source, organize, confirm, and record training activities (Lizzy and external trainings).
- Complete and file feedback forms for records.
- Extract Lizzy reports for compliance reporting (Legal) and update monthly HR dashboard.
- Update cost follow-up table and dashboard input.
- Manage technical issues in Lizzy.
- Maintain training certificate records.
