Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Umm Al Quwain for a Human Resources Officer. The role involves managing HR processes, implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, aiding in job description development, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include overseeing employee onboarding and performance evaluations, resolving workplace issues, and supporting the leadership team in strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their practical application
• Strong in recruitment.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
• Proficiency in Job Description Development and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury industry is preferred
