Job Description

Job Objective:

Leading HR operations to ensure efficient execution and compliance, while delivering operational services that enhance the employee experience and support the organization's objectives and ongoing digital transformation.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Developing and enhancing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and easy access to reports.

Contributing to digital transformation initiatives and improving operational process efficiency.

Enhancing the employee experience and retaining talent through advanced operational services and a supportive work environment.

Preparing periodic analytical reports to support decision-making.

Operational Responsibilities:

Leading payroll, contracts, leave management, and end-of-service processes accurately and on time.

Managing government relations and ensuring employee transactions with official entities are completed in accordance with regulations.

Monitoring attendance metrics and daily requests to ensure timely response and high-quality service.

Supervising the preparation of periodic operational reports.

Team Management Responsibilities:

Leading, guiding, and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Assigning tasks and setting priorities to ensure optimal use of resources and time.

Monitoring individual and team performance and providing continuous support and feedback.

Developing team capabilities through training, coaching, and regular evaluations.

Building a work culture based on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Ensuring effective coordination between departments to achieve integration in HR projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Required Years of Experience: 79 years of experience in the same field.
