We're Hiring | HR Operations Manager - Client Services
We are looking for an experienced Saudi HR Operations Manager to join our growing professional services practice in Saudi Arabia.
This is a client-facing, execution-focused role within a consultancy / outsourced services environment.
The role is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational services to multiple client entities, with limited ad-hoc government relations (GRO) support as required.
What You'll Do
- Act as the day-to-day HR operations contact for assigned clients.
- Deliver HR operational services under defined scopes and service agreements.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files and HR records.
- Execute HR transactions on Saudi platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Absher).
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data with payroll teams.
- Provide general, ad-hoc GRO execution support (follow-ups, submissions, renewals) when required.
- Track requests, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth client service.
What We're Looking For
- 58 years experience in HR operations within:
- Professional services / consultancy
- HR outsourcing or managed services environments
- Strong exposure to Saudi HR platforms and operational processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities.
- Professional, clear communicator with a strong service mindset.
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
