Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing startup holding company in Abu Dhabi.

This is a unique opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, shaping culture, policies, and processes while directly supporting business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full HR operations and employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive a high-performance, people-first culture.
  • Act as the go-to HR partner in a standalone role with the potential to scale and build a future HR team.

What We're Looking For

  • 810 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven startup or fast-growth company experience adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems/HRIS and MS Office.
