We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Operations Manager to lead our HR and administrative operations, ensuring seamless people processes, compliance, and world-class employee services. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across HR operations and administration in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing

  • Lead and manage the HR Operations Section Head, ensuring all HR operational processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with tax and social insurance regulations.
  • Ensure effective HRIS management, system integrity, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of HR digital processes.
  • Supervise personnel administration, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, labor office requirements, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Act as the main liaison with governmental authorities, auditors, and external entities related to HR operations and compliance.
  • Manage the Admin Manager, overseeing housing, transportation (buses), cafeteria, offices, cleaning services, and factory facilities.
  • Oversee facility management and workplace services, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient working environments.
  • Develop and enforce internal policies and procedures for purchasing administrative and facility-related products and services.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across HR operations and administrative services.
  • Prepare and present HR operations and administrative reports, KPIs, dashboards, and compliance updates to senior management.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on governance, internal controls, and organizational policies.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in HR operations and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Proven experience managing Payroll, HRIS, and Personnel operations
  • Experience managing administration and facilities functions is a strong plus
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
  • Strong experience in managing Income taxes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
