We're Hiring: Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Operations Specialist with 23 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience working with Saudi government HR platforms and managing day to day HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle HR operational processes in compliance with Saudi labor laws
  • Work extensively on government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and other related systems
  • Process employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract updates
  • Coordinate visa, Iqama, and employment status updates
  • Support payroll inputs and ensure accurate reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR related queries

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
  • Proven hands on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and similar government platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
