Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team immediately. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee documentation, prepare reports, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling operational HR tasks independently while working closely with the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.

Prepare HR reports related to headcount, Saudization, employee status, and other HR metrics.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in processing employment contracts, renewals, and employee files.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters.

Support HR processes including onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative requirements.

Monitor employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Assist in preparing official letters, certificates, and HR communications.

Support management with HR data analysis and operational reports when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

35 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.

Strong knowledge of HR operational processes.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local labor regulations.

Experience in HR reporting and operational HR support.
