Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Finalizing resignation processes for inactive employees in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of offboarding documentation and employee records
  • Handle salary-related concerns for inactive employees and coordinate with payroll as required
  • Review the attendance effects for inactive employees
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare summary reports with recommendations
  • Conducting skip level meetings
  • Handle Investigation Requests, take the prober action according to company's policy
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal HR policies and procedure.
  • Review IT asset reports and ensure proper clearance during employee exit process
  • Conduct market salary research for CSR roles upon request
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal HR policies and procedures

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BA, HR or a related field
  • English Language (B1, B2)
  • 1-3 Years in the HR field Experience is required,HR Diploma is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Working experience in BPO industry is a plus
  • Professional knowledge in Egypt labor law
