We are hiring a HR Operations Specialist to join our team and manage all activities related to HR Operaions.

Location: Agouza, Giza

Job Type: Full-time- Office based

Job Purpose

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and both Egyptian and Saudi labor laws, while maintaining accurate employee records and supporting efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Manage employment contracts (creation, renewal, and termination).
  • Prepare final settlements and ensure accuracy in employee exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian and Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
  • Support payroll and attendance processes in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Assist in improving HR processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian & Saudi labor laws, including contracts lifecycle and final settlements.
  • Strong data collection, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy, commitment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure efficiently.
