Career Opportunity | HR Business Partner (UAENational)

We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Business Partner (UAENational) to join our Human Capital team and play a key role in driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce excellence.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance while ensuring the effective implementation of talent, performance, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and corporate objectives.

• Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives.

• Facilitate performance management processes and support leadership teams in developing high-performing employees.

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.

• Support organizational development, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and people data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment and retention strategies.

• Drive employee engagement and culture enhancement programs.

• Ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates Labour Law, internal policies, and governance requirements.

• Coach and support managers on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • UAENational (FamilyBook)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven HR Business Partnering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Performance Management.
  • Experience working within large organizations, government, semi-government, transportation, logistics, or service sectors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
