Job Description

1- Developing Human Capital & Administrations Policies & Procedures related to timesheet & payroll & AL Salary & EOS:

- Developing & assisting the HC Manager in issuance of the policies & procedures related to time sheet, payroll, AL Salary, and EOS.

- Developing & assisting the HC Manager in Enhancing All New HC Forms related to time sheet, payroll, AL Salary, and EOS to be reviewed, revised, issued and fixed for 2026.

- Developing & assisting the HC Manager in creating Proper Detailed time sheet, payroll, AL Salary, and EOS procedures along with the flow charts to be issued and recorded to develop and enhance the new ERP.

- Making sure all the employees contracts updated and having accurate information in excel sheets and ERP.

- Issuing the departments wise cost salaries report to understand the cost of each division.

2- Human Capital & Administration reports & Tasks:

- Daily Reports & Tasks:

1- Time sheet:

a. Collect PFC & LS daily timesheets from multiple sites/departments.

b. Verify data accuracy (employee ID, hours worked, overtime, etc.).

c. Convert Excel Time sheet and format timesheet data for ERP upload.

d. Upload timesheet data into the ERP system.

e. Resolve discrepancies in time sheet records and salaries.

f. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. (overtime, Sick leaves and Holidays overtime should be paid as per UAE law)

g. Collect and verify labor supplier timesheets.

h. Cross-check records with contracts and approved work hours.

i. Resolve any discrepancies in timesheet data.

j. Update Labour supply & PFC staff wastage hours related to master time sheets

k. Daily timesheet PFC & LS make sure it's matching with operation and admin.

l. Preparing the master time sheet of PFC & LS and submitting for management review by 5th of each month.

m. Submitting Labor Supply & PFC wastage hours for Senior HC executive for further review.

2- Payroll:

a. Address payroll-related employee inquiries.

b. Resolve discrepancies in time sheet records and salaries.

c. Ensure payroll data confidentiality (can be only to be shared After the approval of AD).

d. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. (overtime, Sick leaves and Holidays overtime should be paid as per UAE law).

e. Preparing the payroll and submitting for management review by 5th of each month.

3- AL salaries & EOS:

a. Preparing the Annual leave salaries & EOS calculations for management approval and assuring its completed within 2 working days.

4- Oversee Labor Supply & PFC wastage hours related master time sheets.

5- Overseeing the Submission of timesheet should be done timely.

6- Create new employee & new employee contracts in ERP.

7- Attending all the emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls.

8- Issuing the daily tasks progress report to HC manager.

- Weekly Reports & Tasks:

1- Submitting the weekly issued EOS & Annual leave calculations.

- Monthly Reports & Tasks:

- Preparing the master time sheet of PFC & LS and submitting for management review by 5th of each month.

- Preparing the payroll and submitting for management review by 5th of each month.

- Ensure LPOs for labor supply are processed (by the 10th of every month).

3- Payroll:

- Maintain payroll system updates and statutory compliance (ERP and excel Sheet data should be matched) along with the supporting documents.

- Preparing the monthly payroll & timesheet & forwarding it to finance department for further review & finalization.

- Preparation of the sif & forwarding it to finance department for further review & finalization.

- Preparing & distribution the payslips on monthly basis.
